Indications & Functions:
Clears heat and detoxifies, relieves exterior syndrome.
Used for wind-heat invasion and lung heat cough.
Clinical Applications:
- Prevention and treatment of fever, cold, and influenza
- Upper respiratory tract infections caused by viruses or bacteria
- Pneumonia, tonsillitis, pharyngitis
Symptoms:
Elevated body temperature, warm ears and nose, chills with fever, rough hair coat, depression, conjunctival redness, tearing, reduced appetite, coughing, hot breath, sore throat, thirst.
Dosage & Administration (IM Injection):
- Cattle: 20–40 ml
- Swine: 10–20 ml
- Sheep: 5–10 ml
Precautions:
Do not use if the solution becomes turbid, discolored, or contains precipitates.
